Your area of responsibility as Business Development Manager m/f/d

  • Acquisition of new customers and support of existing customers in the sales area Southern Germany / Austria

VEM products are used in all branches of industry on global markets. You will build long-term, trusting customer relationships and cooperations and contribute to the continuous increase in incoming orders and sales.

  • Customer visits and customer meetings

You will advise our international customers, answer their questions competently and present the advantages and possibilities of VEM products. To do this, you will mainly work in the field and use your strong communication and negotiating skills in a targeted manner.

  • Contract negotiations

Your flair for economic interrelationships and your ability to create win-win situations help to ensure that both our corporate goals and the interests of our customers are safeguarded.

  • Contact person for project management

Within the company, you act as an important interface to the customer.

  • Preparation of offers for electric drive solutions

You will support our specialist departments in preparing offers that meet the specific requirements of our customers.



Your profile m/f/d

  • You have a degree or technical qualification in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable field.

  • Relevant experience in technical sales is essential.
  • You have a solid knowledge of electrical machines and drive systems .
  • A good command of English and Danish and a solid knowledge of German are essential.
  • You also need a class B driver's license and unrestricted willingness to travel in the sales area of southern Germany / Austria.
